（1）在未得到允许的情况下使用大学的计算机或者不当使用大学的计算机设备，破坏数据文件（unauthorized or inappropriate use of University computers, vandalism of data files or equipment）
（2）出于与大学学术和研究活动无关的个人原因使用计算机资源（use of computer resources for personal reasons unrelated to the academic and research activities of the University）
（3）抄袭，违反专有协议，盗窃或篡改程序和其他用户的数据（plagiarism, violation of proprietary agreements, theft, or tampering with the programs and data of other users）
（4）剽窃（plagiarizing）
（5）在考试或测试中作弊（cheating on tests or examinations）
（6）提交虚假的报告，测试和论文（turning in counterfeit reports, tests, and papers）
（7）偷窃试卷或其他学术材料（stealing tests or other academic materials）
（8）故意伪造学院的学历或文件（knowingly falsifying academic records or documents of the college）
（9）在没有获得授权的情况下重复提交作业（and turning in the same work to more than one class without informing the instructors involved）
