对于“I”等第一人称，在国外的英语论文写作中只有在reflective report 才允许使用，其它Academic paper, essay, dissertation都是坚决不能出现第一人称的，I、 me、my、we、us, etc.这些都不可以用。
但不能避免的时候，同学可以选择使用被动句式，比如I am using Microsoft Word to write this essay.换成–this essay is being written in Microsoft Word. 还可以使用第三人称来表达，把I think the most important part of your day is having a good breakfast.改成A nutritious breakfast is an important part of a healthy diet.
